Specialised Legal Advice
Moval Agroingeniería offers a complete legal advisory service for irrigation bodies, such as Irrigation Communities, Water Courts and Irrigation Unions, but also for private companies such as agricultural processing cooperatives (SAT) or for estates and individual matters. Our Legal Department advises you on key issues such as applying for new concessions or changing their characteristics, regularising irrigation perimeters, updating Bylaws, drafting contracts, managing grants for new projects, disciplinary proceedings and late-payment claims.
Legal and technical assistance for General Meetings
Moval Agroingeniería has a Legal Department specialised in meeting all the requirements for the proper management and conduct of General Meetings: advice on drafting the agenda, circulating and publishing the notice of meeting, control of attendees and voting, in-person assistance and presentation of the items to be discussed during the meeting, drafting of Minutes and certificates, processing of appeals against resolutions adopted, and so on. All of it hand in hand with the latest digital tools.
Transformation and Formation into an Irrigation Community
In order to comply with current water regulations, SATs and other entities whose purpose is agricultural irrigation must begin the process of transformation into an Irrigation Community. At Moval we offer all the technical and legal services needed to manage this transformation, including drafting Bylaws, digitising the register and mapping, processing the file before the River Basin Authority, and so on. We also carry out the process of establishing Irrigation Communities from scratch, for new groups of users.

We offer services for transforming irrigation bodies, usually from SATs or Heredamientos into Irrigation Communities, facilitating the entity’s legal adaptation. We also take care of the proper management of personal data, ensuring that the new entity complies with current regulations both regarding water use and the information and data protection of users.
